I have nothing but high praises for Mr. Silver.. I am 23 years old and I’ve been suffering with a spinal injury that I got as a result of an incident at work for over a year now. Over the course of my Injury, I’ve had many complications with my employers Workers Comp insurance company  and aside from the immense stress and pain I had from my injury, I was extremley stressed and frustrated that workers Comp was not doing it’s job in helping me recieve care for months, and would ignore every email and phone call I sent them. This left me without any medical care from December 2019- June 2020 during the Covid pandemic, which only worsened my injury. As a 23 year old girl, I should not have a spinal injury that has drastically effected the quality of my life. I then was referred to Mr. Larry Silver , and he has been the biggest god-send. Other lawyers I approached wouldn’t take my case as they only cared about the money in it for them, but Mr. Silver accepted my case right after the first phone call because he truly wanted to help me get justice and get the medical care I needed. Mr. Silver truly lifted the burden of fighting with the Workers Comp insurance for me which allowed me time to focus on healing. I can not thank him enough for everything he’s done for me. Mr. Silver  won my case in court for me, and fought hard to make sure I was given what I deserved. Thank you so so so much Mr. Silver, without you I am not sure how I would still be trying to deal with the Workers Comp insurance and their negligence. You’ve lifted a great weight off my shoulders and really did a huge kindness for me, when no other lawyer would. I highly reccomend Mr. Silver for any case that you need counsel for. I can't speak to Mike B's experience, but if Mr. Silver gets his fee (even if it is all that he cares about as Mike says), it means that he got his client a settlement. That's kind of how it works when you're not paying an attorney out of pocket. He only gets his fee if you win. Otherwise, where do you think his fee comes from if you're not paying him? Not only have I experienced Mr. Silver as being caring and compassionate, I experienced him as being very diligent in staying with my rather challenging case.

I was reluctant to even seek legal counsel on a matter that I was pretty sure was hopeless. Though I knew I was right, I also knew that my evidence was flimsy. Mr. Silver is as good as it gets when it comes to Workers Comp attorneys.  When I phoned him I had called many attorneys and explained my case and they all said no because they didn’t think they could win it. When I first consulted with Mr. Silver, I had no real hope that I would prevail in this case.  He assured me that he would work hard on my behalf and he kept his word.  After nearly seven years, we have finally reached a verbal agreement that presumably will soon be solidified by a written agreement and a check!  People have complained that he doesn't return calls.  Maybe that's true.  I don't know, because I never called him.  From time to time, either he or his assistant would contact me with an update or an invitation to come into the office to discuss progress in my case.  Leave him alone and let him do his job.  He is highly skilled and compassionate.  He's not a hotshot.  He doesn't need to be.
